This subdomain (legal.ibamusic.com)
No cookies. This site sets no cookies of any kind. It loads no third-party scripts, no analytics, no advertising code, and no CDN-hosted fonts. You can verify this in your browser's developer tools — the network tab will show only HTML, CSS, and the occasional favicon served from this same origin.
The legal subdomain exists to publish transparency documents. It would be inconsistent with that purpose to track the people reading them.
IBA Music mobile apps
IBA Companion for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and Android does not use HTTP cookies. Mobile apps authenticate via OAuth 2.0 tokens or passkey assertions stored in the device keychain (iOS) or keystore (Android) and sent with API requests as HTTP authorization headers. No cookie is set or read by any IBA Music mobile app.
IBA Music Admin Dashboard (admin.ibamusic.com)
The admin dashboard uses strictly-necessary, functional cookies to keep IBA Music staff signed in. These cookies:
- Store an authenticated session identifier.
- Are set only after explicit sign-in via Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Google, Apple, or passkey.
- Are marked
HttpOnly,Secure, andSameSite=Lax. - Expire when you sign out, when your session idles out, or when your authorization is revoked by an administrator.
- Are not used for tracking, advertising, or analytics.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Segment, or any other third-party tracking or analytics tool on the admin dashboard or any other IBA Music web property.
IBA Music satellite web tools
The availability forms at forms.ibamusic.com, the invoice portal at invoice.ibamusic.com, and the band leader tools at lead.ibamusic.com follow the same rule: functional session cookies only for the sign-in that gates each tool, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party analytics.
Your choices
Because IBA Music properties use only strictly-necessary functional cookies for sign-in, there is no "accept / reject" cookie banner to show you. Under the ePrivacy Directive and similar rules, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary for a service explicitly requested by the user. Signing in to the admin dashboard is that explicit request.
If you configure your browser to block cookies from our admin or web-tool domains, you will not be able to sign in to those tools. The rest of your browsing, including reading this site, will work as expected.
Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page if this policy changes. If any IBA Music product ever begins to use tracking cookies or third-party analytics, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
