This page lists the contact paths for privacy, legal, and security matters relating to IBA Music products and services. It is not a general support channel — if you are an IBA Music musician needing app help, please use the in-app support options or contact your band leader directly.
Privacy, legal, and data-subject requests

This inbox handles:
- Access, correction, deletion, and export requests under the Privacy Policy (sections 8, 9, and 10).
- General privacy questions.
- Questions about the Terms of Service.
- Questions about the Google Calendar integration and the
calendar.app.createdOAuth scope.
We respond to privacy inquiries within the timeframes required by GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws. For general questions, please allow up to 5 business days.
When sending a request, please include:
- The account email or other identifier we use for your account.
- The nature of the request (access, correction, deletion, export, objection, opt-out).
- Any information that helps us verify your identity — we cannot release personal data to an unverified requester.

Business, press, and partnerships
This legal subdomain exists to publish transparency documents and support Google OAuth verification. It is not a public-relations channel. If you are a journalist, a potential business partner, or a platform representative, please reach out through IBA Music's public-facing channels or contact our staff directly if you already know them.

A physical mailing address can be provided to regulators, rights-holders, legal-process servers, and verified data-subject-request filers on request to privacy@ibamusic.com. We prefer to not publish a home or studio address publicly on this page.
